The project occupies a street corner along rue Marchand, within an existing commercial streetscape, between neighbouring buildings of varying scale.
Approach and materiality
The composition combines a full-height glazed ground floor, a brick volume above, and a dark metal accent at the entrance: a palette conceived to sit quietly within the existing urban fabric.
