The project occupies a street corner in a commercial and industrial sector of north Laval, surrounded by business and wholesale buildings.
Approach and materiality
The composition sets a white metal-panel main volume against a dark green faceted metal accent wall, positioned as a signal at the entry corner. A full-height glazed portal, outlined in a green trim echoing the Desjardins brand colour, marks the main entrance beneath the branch signage.
